Another round of course reform in basic education is making for the stage of generalizing entirely. B·A·Cyxomjnhcknn said that the students'mentality development lies on favorable reading ability. Reading teaching, as the half of the country of Chinese teaching, has ever been attracting the attention of many teachers in the classroom. Reading teaching is a dynamic on-limits system. We could not walk out of the low- effect and interest praxis corner of reading teaching if we dissever its interior unity. Aiming at the good many abuses in the present Chinese reading teaching, from the point of view of ecology, Chinese reading teaching environment construction is a dynamic on-limits system that composed of the zoology genes of the teachers, students, texts and reading conditions. We adjust the multiple complex relations among the zoology genes in order to realize their balanced coexisting and advance the free and sufficient development of life entity.This paper is made up with four parts.The first part is the explanation of the Chinese reading teaching environment. I firstly expound the concept of the Chinese reading teaching environment, then I introduce its characters such as basing ourselves upon the multiplicity and openness of reading , paying attention to the dynamic building of class and the persisting development of the students, finally I clarify its significances in Chinese reading teaching practice from four aspects: the transformation of teaching pattern, the shaping of healthy personality, the protruding of the main body of dialog and the attention of the life consciousness.The second part is structure of the Chinese reading teaching environment. This part includes two topics: the structure condition of the environment space and the reconstruction-relations of the presetting and building. The first one is set forth from three aspects: physical space environment, sensibility space environment and thinking space environment and the second one is expatiated from two aspects: tuning on the teaching presetting and boosting dynamic building.The third part is the construction of the Chinese reading teaching environment. It is discussed from two sects: the construction of the reading teaching situations and the construction of the reading mentality situations. The main methods of creating reading teaching situations are as follows: molding situations by languages, romancing situations by music, tasting situations by acting , revealing situations by real life and reproducing situations by menus.The fourth part is the exploitation of the Chinese reading teaching environment. I firstly treatise urgent needs of the combination of the knowledge environment resource in order to change the phase of one-textbook throughout one country and realize the unification of students, texts and life. Then I dissertate the man-power resource exploitation from two aspects: unearthing sufficiently the leading resources of the teachers and using the students'principal-part resources.
