School Moral Education Returning To The Life World

The traditional moral education that keeps far away from the realistic lives of students has exposed its limitation and can not meet the needs of the society and people's development. Moral education should be the sill of the mansion of moral education. The moral education has to merge into the life as an integral whole. Then it will have infinite vitality. To increase the real result of the moral education, we should adjust the history current to let the moral education return to the real life.As the core principle of the New Curriculum Reform, returning to the life world is also the last choice of the new moral creation of modern China,as well as the source of students'moral education. But, returning to the life world of students is a kind of logical reasoning from philosophy abstraction to education concrete. Even if the idea has become the consensus of the public, which doesn't mean it can be fully respected and wisely implemented in practice. We should keep an eye on the current condition and the existing shortage or misunderstandings of school moral education.Using various research methods, this thesis gives a close observation and an overall inquisition on 7 primary schools. After examining moral education practice in schools, the author discovers the problems existing in junior middle school moral education as following: School moral education is at the edge of primary school education. Our school moral education sometimes doesn't get enough help from our society and students'families. Moral curriculum and activities are sometimes too far away from students'real lives. School education is too formal and the moral teachers need to develop their teaching skills and knowledge level. School moral teaching contents and teaching methods are not aimed at students'real lives and keep far away from our modern world. In order to solve these problems, we should pay more attention to school moral education. We also need to connect well with our society and students'families so that we can teach them well. We should try to make our moral teachers develop quickly and change our teaching contents and methods..
