Doing well in the physical education with scientific method has the brilliant and far reaching significance in light of both the practice for the present course reforms and the promotion of the scientific and technical accomplishment of the students. With the penetration of the quality-oriented education in the middle school, the education with the scientific method has been gained more and more attention to. The new round of reforms for courses has taken the"procedure and method"as one element of the three-dimensional teaching target, which shows the importance of the education with the scientific method.The education with the scientific method requires that the students should notice the effect of the scientific method in the course of learning and studying and master and apply the scientific method to solve the problems to reach the purpose of promoting the knowledge learning, ability training and scientific quality improving with the proper education means. The physical experiment is the basic way of getting the perceptual material, exploring the physical regular rule and recognizing the physical field. Just because of this, the physical experiment has the special effect in the education with the scientific method. Thus using the scientific method in the teaching of physical experiment has been one of the main subjects of the teaching reforms for physics. The width and depth of the research for the education with the scientific method is still quite limited so far which is waiting for deep research and execution. For this purpose, the attention of this thesis is to discuss and study primarily the related theories and practice of the education with the scientific method for physical experiment teaching in the middle school in hopes of improving the deep research and effective execution of the education with the scientific method in the middle-school physical teaching.The writer has established a firm and profound theory foundation by reading a large amount of relevant literatures, newspapers and network resources for new courses, physical experiment teaching and the education with the scientific method, getting acquainted with the research trend in and out of the nation, analyzing and studying the concerned theories and experience for the physical experiment teaching and the education with the scientific method and classifying and comparing them. Firstly, it outlines the education with the scientific method, summarizes the concept of scientific method and physical experiment, and analyzes the historical background and current situation for the scientific education. Secondly, it analyzes the feasibility of the education with the scientific method in the course of experiment teaching from the angle of its theory foundation and internal function. Thirdly, it sets up the target and puts forward correspondent teaching principles for the scientific education in the course of experiment teaching in accordance with the requirement of the new course standard and it researches some key methods for the scientific education which is chosen along with the physical experiment process (including observation, control for experiment condition and data processing, etc). At last, it provides the basic approach to the scientific education in the experiment teaching as per the practical teaching course and brings forward the relevant measures according to the problems appeared in the teaching course. Hope this paper make the education with the scientific method content rich as far as the physics experiment teaching function is concerned.
