Emphasis on experimental teaching and scientific education is the new requirements of the New Biology Curriculum Reform. Experimental teaching is an important form of teaching high school biology, but also an effective way to carry out the scientific education. Through literature review found that, the research of scientific education is concentrated in the realm of theory in the past, and the guidance on teaching practice is not strong. This study was designed to collate and sort out scientific method of education theory though exploring the theory; analysis of junior high school textbooks and found its shortcomings in the experimental arrangement and the scientific method penetration, and then make recommendations accordingly; understand the status of scientific education in the experimental teaching, analyze the problems and put forward reasonable proposals; then put forward some strategies for scientific education in the experimental teaching, and provide a reference for the teaching practice through typical cases. This study is theoretical based to pedagogic and psychology, based in the actual survey and materials analysis. The study uses a wide variety of research methods, such as literature research, content analysis, survey methods and case analysis. The paper is divided into six sections:The first part is introduction. It mainly describes the research background, present situation, significance, the research methods and ideas. The second part is outline. Through the literature review, clear the concept of method, scientific method, scientific education and experimental teaching; reclassified the scientific method for this study; elaborate the theoretical basis of scientific education from philosophy, psychology and biology characteristics. The third part is the analysis of the Junior High School Biology Curriculum Standards and textbook. The requirements for the experimental scientific education in the New Curriculum Standards were analyzed, and then analyze the number and type of experiments in the junior high school biology textbooks of Jinan edition and the experimental scientific methods. Though the analyses found that the experimental arrangement is not balanced, the experimental design is lack of universality. The fourth part is the survey of present situation of scientific education in junior high school biology experiment teaching. The problems of it can be found through the survey: the understanding of the scientific method is not comprehensive, the cognizance to the value of the scientific method needs to be improved, the experiments teaching is too formal and omitting, the actual teaching of the scientific education could be improved, the educational system needs to bereformed urgently. Rationalization proposals for the problems identified. The fifth part is the strategies and case studies of scientific education in junior high school biology teaching. Combined the analysis of textbook and the survey research, the majority strategies are consisted that explain the experimental history facts, permeate the scientific method; organize student experiments and experience the scientific method; presenting demonstration experiments, deliver the scientific method; launch exploration activities, conform the scientific method; construct biological models, understand the scientific method; initiate extracurricular practice, enrich the scientific method. After every strategies, there will be a typical case from the junior high school biology textbooks of Jinan edition to interpret and explain the strategies. The sixth part is the conclusions and reflection. Through the above research, it makes a comprehensive conclusion for this study and analyzes the limitations of the study.
