21st century is the century of competition. The requirements for nowadays talented people are comprehensive: not only the expertise and capabilities but also ethics, enthusiasm and healthy personalities are strongly demanded. Therefore, many countries value the ethical education so much that they regard it as the most important aspect in the 21st century's educational revolution. Nowadays China is dedicated to establish a harmonious society that depends on the relationship between people, society and nature, which needs social ethics to sustain and improve. The secondary vocational education is essential to the students who are preparing for the real world, and during this period of time actively rooting the sense of ethics is significant for the students to evolve into a comprehensive talented person.The essay examines the thesis from three parts.Part One: The significance of establishing ethical sense in secondary vocational students. Social ethics is the most fundamental part of social morality, and common knowledge, sustainability and simplicity are its major features. The consciousness of social ethics is an important part of citizen realization, which lays the bottom line for social morality, and also it is the prerequisite and foundation of establishing good ethical behaviors. Ethic sense includes realizations of civilization, helping others,taking good care of the public property, protecting the environment, legalism, social order and social securities etc. Therefore, to establish the sense of social ethics is significant. First, the ethics of secondary vocational students is required when building a harmonious society. Second, it is also required to build a harmonious campus. Third, it is also required for students to develop into comprehensive talents.Part Two: The analysis of ethical sense and their causes in secondary vocational students. Existing problems: Some students have warp understanding of ethical sense, that is, they are lack of ethical sense. They haven't got the habit of ethical sense. They have poor relationship with others and two-sided attitudes and behaviors. Causes: First, schools have a traditional tendency of taking the academy more important than the ethical education, while they don't pay enough attention to fostering the ethical sense of the students. Second, parents also focus on students academic achievements and do not put many efforts in ethical education. Third, the society does not provide the perfect atmosphere of ethics which takes on a passive and negative effect on the students. Lastly, the students themselves are at a low level of civil realization. It shows in many ways: lack of self-motivation and confidence; biased self recognition; low self esteem; barren in ethical practice.Part Three: Planning of developing ethical sense for secondary vocational students.a) Emphasize the advantages of vocational ethics education: combine the ethical education with internship. There are five ways to achieve that: 1. Correct the mind set of vocational education, and push the essential-qualities-oriented education forward. 2. Strengthen the cultural construction of campus for vocational schools, which will be fully utilized for the cultivation of ethical sense. 3. Make full use of the effects of classroom, which will help improve the recognition level of ethics of the students. 4. Bring the ethical education in every field of education and internship. 5. Author adaptive textbook with rich educational contents of ethics.b) Respect the status of ethics-centered of the students. Pay attention to students'self-education ability of fostering ethics.c) Effectively promote everyday ethics, so that students will develop the ethical sense in daily life.d) Build the bridge of interaction for the ethical education so that both family and social effects will be utilized to the fullest extent. There are three aspects to this issue: 1. Make use of family effects. 2. Make use of the social effects. 3.
