Career achievement plays an important role in professional life of professional teachers in secondary vocational schools,and is an important evaluation index of their professional life quality.The promotion of professional achievement of professional teachers in secondary vocational schools will not only help to promote the development of teachers themselves,but also help to promote the development of professional schools,and thus provide a strong impetus for the construction and development of secondary vocational schools.At present,professional achievement of secondary vocational school teachers is obviously low.It is urgent to pay attention to and study the problem.There are five parts in this paper.Part one: preface.This paper mainly discusses the reason,literature review,research goal and focus,research ideas and methods,and the significance of the research.The second part: professional achievement sense and theoretical basis of secondary vocational school teachers.Firstly,it defines the concept: sense of achievement,professional achievement sense,teachers' sense of career achievement,professional school teachers in secondary vocational schools and professional achievement sense of professional class teachers in secondary vocational schools,and then analyses the theoretical basis of professional achievement sense of professional class teachers in secondary vocational schools.The third part is the survey of professional sense of professional teachers in secondary vocational schools.First,it introduces the object of the questionnaire and the selection of the questionnaire,and then introduces the statistical results of the questionnaire,including the status of the understanding of the vocational education,the status of the sense of achievement in the job teaching,the related factors affecting the sense of professional achievement and the problems of investigation and discovery.The fourth part: the reason analysis.According to the investigation and analysis,the reasons for the lack of professional achievement sense of professional teachers in secondary vocational schools are summarized as follows: professional education and teaching business ability to be improved and lack of sufficient training opportunities;the lag and uncertainty of the progress and development of the education object;some teachers think there is a deviation;some teachers think the salary income level is low;the teacher's evaluation system is not enough.Scientific and reasonable;the development level of some schools is relatively low.The fifth part: Countermeasures to enhance professional sense of professional teachers in secondary vocational schools.Mainly from the promotion of professional development and professional development of professional teachers;promote the growth and development of students;improve the ideological understanding,stimulate the internal motivation;improve the salary and treatment incentive system;improve the evaluation system of professional teachers;promote the development of schools in the six aspects of vocational school teachers to improve the sense of professional achievement.
