Since the reform and opening up,the number of secondary vocational schools in China has increased,and it has had a significant impact on the development of China,s economic,social and cultural undertakings.In the early stage of development,China has always adhered to the development concept that science and technology is the primary productive force,and vigorously promoted technological innovation.Today,operational skills have become a special kind of productivity,and professional ethics is an important guarantee for such productivity.After conducting an in-depth investigation of the employer and a comprehensive analysis of the employment status of the graduates of the secondary vocational school,it can be found that,at present,the secondary vocational students generally have many outstanding problems such as the vague career ideals,the lack of professional attitudes and the limited professional level.Based on this reality,it is especially necessary to conduct in-depth research on the morality of secondary vocational students.At the same time,it is necessary to systematically analyze the lack of professional ethics to find some more feasible solutions.of.This article comprehensively uses questionnaires,interviews and many other research methods,and focuses on the professional ethics of the fourth-grade students and graduates of secondary vocational schools,thus more comprehensively showing the professional ethics of secondary vocational schools.Development status.The article is mainly composed of four departments:The first part starts from the level of basic concepts,and discusses in detail the urgency and necessity of further strengthening the professional ethics education of secondary vocational students.The second part is to visit the employer and issue questionnaires to students.Parents and teachers conduct interviews and other means to comprehensively sort out and interpret the cxirrent situation of the lack of professional ethics of current vocational students.The third part,based on a series of investigations and analysis above,details the lack of professional ethics in secondary vocational students.The root cause;the fourth part gives some measures and methods to effectively improve the effectiveness of vocational ethics education for secondary vocational students,that is,to guide and encourage students to develop correctly in the mutual cooperation and joint efforts of society,schools,families and individuals.Professional ethies.
