The primary and middle school teachers are the keys to the reform and development of education. How to arouse their activities in teaching, deepen the education reform systems, raise the qualities of their teaching, advance the balanced development of education equalities and teaching resources, all above are the most important tasks. The writer believes that personal reform in primary and middle schools is the important way to solve all these problems. In this reform, to carry out the engagement of all the teachers is an important link in teachers builing. It's also important to improve all the teachers' political qualities and their teaching levels. It can break the average system in school and form the equality, opening and justified situation. Then we can achieve the best distribution and reasonable exchange of personal resources. The thesis is based on the reform of the teachers' engagement system in the primary and middle schools in Jingzhou, Hubei Province. It includes the summary of the present situation, the survey of the situation, the analysis of the existed problems. It uses the experience of other countries for reference. The following is my personal thoughts on how to carry out and deepen the reform of the teachers' engagement system.
