Professional development of Secondary vocational school teachers is the community's needs, and the needs of teachers personal growth. The characteristic intension of teacher's professional development of specialized course in Secondary vocational school should become "dual-mode" teachers. Although the ranks of teachers in the quantity, quality, structure has improved greatly than before, but the face of the new development needs, there are still serious gaps.As the teachers' mind of professional development is inadequate , occupation is tired, the tasks of teaching , student management and enrollment is very heavy, it is imperfect of teacher's education system and training system, there is discrimination in education from the community, school-enterprise cooperation lack of policy support and other reasons. Above reasons cause that the lack of professional teachers in the practice highlights, "dual-mode" goal really difficult to achieve, the professional development of teachers not comprehensive, appeared stagnates, and serious affected the quality of secondary vocation education. Therefore, The teachers need professional development of individuals foster awareness, study hard, practice, research, innovation, strengthen in the professional practice skills training, Schools need to create works to teacher professional development management system and campus culture environment, but also necessary for the state to create conducive to professional development of teachers in a social environment to promote the professional growth of teachers.
