Researching On Evaluating The Collaboration Performance Of First-rate Universities' Industry-University Collaboration

In the knowledge times, new techniques and knowledge are the main factor of the economics development. The innovation is the only way to be succeed for enterprises.But it is difficult to get innovation relying on oneself. So we must let enterprises be the main body, universities be the main collaborators of enterprises. B ecause universities play important role in realizing techniques innovation, and they are the base of fostering students with innovation ability. When Universities collaborate with industry, not only can they make the technological fruit into productivity, but can feed a lot .of excellence researching persons: As pre-development universities, First-rate Universitiesoh01d abundance of teaching and researching resources, they play important role in this collaboration.So this article research on how to evaluate their collaboration performance.After reading up correlation research, I summarize the researching step, analyse researching method and First-rate Universities' Industry-University Collaboration, depending on analysing influence factor of first-rate universities' Industry-University Collaboration and guidelines of how to choose items, thus I choose 9 evaluating items to build a evaluate system.Then use AHP to establish an evaluation model and fix on the weight. At last, I use each item' data beteen 2000 and 2003 of about 90 first-rate universities to evaluate their Industry-University Collaboration performance. Thegn get the following conclusion:1.There are many fact-ers influence first-rate universities' Industry-University Collaboration performance, but I choose the following items to evaluate: rate of undergraduate practice courses, rate of graduate participate in research task, landscape orientation research task, landscape orientation research fee, collaboration R&D production, earning from technique attom, earning form selling patents and rate of attorn.2. The model of First-rate Universities' Collaboration performance incuding 3 layers: objective layer, guide line layer and item layer.And the get each item's rate: 0.109, 0.054, 0.047, 0.081, 0.026, 0.143, 0.135, 0.135 and 0.270.3. The last demonstration research shows that: in the 4 years, the taxis of First-rate Universities' Collaboration performance is: 2001, 2002,2000 and 2003.
