The Application Of Development Project Evaluation Theory In Girls' Training Project

The purpose of development project in China western area is promoting the local financial construction and social development. Are these goals been attained? The only testing method is doing the project evaluation. The real evaluation was done by checking from up to down before. But now, it's a key that how to put scientific evaluation theory into the project to monitoring and evaluating its implementation.Project evaluation goes through the whole project. It is such a kind of evaluation which with the scientific evaluation theory and the proper evaluation methodology. We do it in order to make the project management better. The purpose of project evaluation mainly is to examine the implementation process of the project.It's a very important subject to do the research on how to apply the evaluation theory and methodology in girls' training project management. To do the research will be used for reference for the evaluation of many other development projects at present and in the future.I have the opportunity to have been involved in girls' training project in Gansu project spot. Based on my favorable condition of participation of girls' training project, I have done some research on this paper. Through the application and practice in the evaluation of this project. I have summarized the project evaluation methods and several related elements that need to be considered when conducting the development project evaluation scientifically and reasonably.
