A Study On The Evaluation Of "Social Work Service Project Of The Elderly Who Migrate With Others Integrate In The Western Region"

Assessment is an activity that runs through the whole process of social service,and effective assessment is an important way to guide the development of industry and institutions.With the rise of the trend of management and “social metasomatism”,Social work evaluation has become an indispensable task in social work service.This study mainly through the elderly community Social Work project" Implementation,project results and the project internal evaluation of the complete follow-up observation,found that the internal evaluation of the project is not perfect,there are many problems,can not be real,comprehensive monitoring of the operation of the project.Based on this situation,the author introduces a third-party assessment,the purpose of this paper is to evaluate the operation situation of the project by the third party,and then compare the process and result of the internal evaluation,to explore the pros and cons of the two kinds of social work item evaluation methods,and finally to reflect on the validity of the current evaluation method of the general working project in our country.On the basis of participating observation,the author adopts comprehensive evaluation method and comparative analysis method,it is found that in the evaluation of the project,the internal evaluation of the use of the existing service information and supervision of the meeting as the basis for evaluation,lack of objectivity,unfair,and the third party will only serve the content and relevant information as the basis for evaluation,lack of comprehensive grasp of the various stages of service.This shows that the two methods of social work assessment have some limitations.Therefore,only by combining them can we grasp the project more comprehensively and promote the effectiveness and completeness of the assessment work.
