The Research On The Post Evaluation Of Capital Construction In University

Along with the implementation of the strategy that science and education could promote the country, the country enlarged the investment to capital construction in university gradually. It has caused university and investor's attention how to control engineering construction cost reasonably, avoid the waste and bring into full play investment benefit. In order to meet to the need of capital construction in university, enhance the rational investment, raise the management level to the object, strengthen the understanding to the function of post evaluation item and enlarge its effect, it is necessary to evaluate the post evaluation item.Firstly, the paper reviews the production and development of post evaluation item, introduces the theory, content, principle and scope. Secondly, it starts from the current situation of study, faces the traditional method and current problem, then finds out some factors that restrict the development. Thirdly, based on the external study experience, the paper studies the content, method and procedure of capital evaluation item, then puts forward the index system that adopt the post evaluation in university.The method includes the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. The paper establishes the multi-level fuzzy success index system, and takes one university's construction project as example to illustrate the practice and actual operation method of post evaluation. At last, it puts forward some suggestions to enhance the post evaluation of capital construction in university.
