The Research On The Post Evaluation Of Construction In The Hebei College Of Finance

Along with the implementation of the strategy science and education could promote the country,the country enlarged the investment to capital construction in university gradually.In order to meet to the need of capital construction in university enhance the rational investment,raise the management level to the object,post evaluation is necessary.The thesis studies the principle,basis and procedure of implementing the approval evaluation for construction and establishes its index system and state formula according to the characteristics of the approval evaluation of the investment project of the capital construction in universities and colleges,the thesis establishes post evaluation index system,analyzes its index connotation and hierarchy structure and studies its index sequence and weight with AHP method by studying the characteristics,functions and bases of post evaluation of the investment project of the capital construction in universities and colleges,and give a post evaluation to the construction in the Hebei College of Finance.
