Post Project Evaluation Of Institutions Of Higher Learning

Since the enrollment of our higher education institutions expanded in1999,infrastructure construction of colleges and universities developed quickly. Sothe methodology of evaluation whether the construction projects have achieved theoriginal goal is becoming more and more important. It is also the focus of my study.The post evaluation theory originated in the United States. It has been applied topractice in China since the1980s, but the application object limited to largescale projects, ordinary projects in higher education institutions is seldom involved.In the research and analysis of this thesis, first, we analyze the present situation ofthe post-evaluation in our college construction project, find the constraints of itself;second, construct the evaluation system on the basis of existing theory; finally, I usethe foreign mature evaluation method and system for reference, analyze one actualcase, and then put forward some corresponding suggestions according to the problemsexisting in the case analysis.
