For Secondary Vocational education is employment-oriented education, Students are required to have an adapt society's ability, self-regulated learning is a good way to develop life-long learning ability. With multimedia technology and network technology continues to mature, how to use the rich, sharing and multimedia resources online, and more individualized learning approach to better support the students in self-learning capability training, which has now become the focus of vocational education reform, which is the main content of this paper, too.After analysis, the influence of self-regulated learning in vocational education has the following three elements: First, there is certain distance between the teaching content and the actual work needs. Second, about teaching methods, CAI advantages and potential failure to give full play under the network environment, the past was a piece of chalk, now is an "electronic pen". Third, the teaching reform cannot turn up application education, so that personnel training and the market is not closely.This paper is about how to research and practice on self-regulated learning under Network Environment in the Secondary Vocational school by combining theory and practice method. First, analyses the current status about the Secondary Vocational school and the demand about self-regulated learning under network environment. Through questionnaires, analyses the students in the capacity of self-regulated learning. Using theoretical research and case analysis, carding a self-regulated learning of the concepts and the characteristics of the Secondary Vocational education, sum up the essential of self-regulated learning and self-regulated learning capacity requirements under network environment. Basing on these, according to the characteristics which is the students in metacognitive capacity is relatively low, self-binding is weak, cooperation and exchange awareness is strong, this paper proposes the view about theoretical basis, which Metacognition Connectionism, Constructivism three theories make the theoretical basis about self-regulated learning under network environment in the Secondary Vocational school. Practice and explore a new teaching mode, the oriented work process's Guided Study of Work Plan. Sum up the application of the principle of the application method about oriented the work process's Guided Study of Work Plan.This paper suggest, the Secondary Vocational education under Network Environment should have curriculum design carefully, reforming the teaching contents, the module decomposition. Another, teaching methods and teaching mode must be reform at the same time. The implementation of "process-oriented based on work of the Learning Guide" teaching model as the core under Network Environment to achieve self-regulated learning objectives under Network Environment in the Secondary Vocational school.
