With the social development, the viewpoints of migrant workers are changing with their needs clarification. They are paying more and more attention to the personal development except for some survival needs such as earning money, raising family etc. They would choose a job or a position according to their career inclination, when they make career planning. However they often feel employment pressure, for the reason of incompetence. Therefore continuing education is needed. Therefore migrant workers should be guided to realize and clarify their aims of career development and supported to access to sustainable continuing education.And in the paper, the author makes research into relationship of migrant workers' career tendency and continuing education, interviewing with 18 migrant workers, by which 30000 word records are collected and grouped.With that the author comes to the conclusion that migrant workers' career orientations are diversified into undertaking tendency, interest tendency, stable tendency and contribution tendency and the clarity of career tendency is different significantly. And clarified career orientation is helpful for career choosing and orientation, which causes education need and the contents of continuing education. And three education approaches (training, coaching, and observing) are analyzed that motivation level , learning efficiency and decision-making are three obstacles in the way of shifting from education need to education action. Finally some suggestions are given to self-guided, company-based, institute-based training, and policy-making.
