The development of rural education is help for decrease population pressure, economical reforming and population divergence in base of dual economic structure. The article take rural education as object, the demonstration analyses, the norm analysis, as well as borrowing various branch economics theory an implement were used in base of summary and in model others'achievement as foundation.The thesis has accomplished the following job mainly: firstly, give the conceptual implication of rural education; Summed up the current studies of rural education in our country. Secondly, the thesis explains several fundamental theories of rural education studies. Thirdly, it inspects condition the current rural education situation, and includes that there are such problems in rural education: The aggregate level is low, Teachers level low, the equipment is bad, the management is not suitable, and the mechanism is not flexible and so on. Fourthly, it analyzes the reasons of rural education actualities, Analysis peasant-worker'obstacles in intersected labor market and the situation their economy ability inferior to education investment need ness; construe the competitive relationship for rural education and urban education, advanced education from government investment angle.
