In the context of knowledge economy and globalization, increasing competition is saw inall aspects of society, especially the economy, models and approaches are actively explored topromote economic development all around the world, the focus shift from the traditional laborand capital gradually to the skills, knowledge and human capital, from the Solow—Swan modelto the interpretation on economic growth took by Denison and Romer, the world increasinglyfocused on education, knowledge and technology, especially Schultz and Becker’s theory ofhuman capital which is gradually recognized as a strong force for economic development, Asan important part of human capital, Education more and more becomes the focus of research.This paper makes research on the structure of capital investment of the Chinese education,the government education capital investment and private education capital investment havebeen taken as the main research object, the related theory about the human capital andeducation which have been reviewed in the front of this article, then we conduct analysis on thestatus quo of the structure of Chinese education capital investment, through the establishmentof the model for the government education and private education to make a quantitativeanalysis of the relationship of them, throuth which we can calculate the critical point of the"extrusion effect" and "promoting effect" of government education and private education, thenthe best investment quantity of them has come, what’s more, a comparative analysis can bemake with foreign education practice to find out our advantages and disadvantages.Besides, the major influential factors were analyzed on the basis of the relations researcherformer of the government education investment and private education investment, this partfocuses on the analysis of the factors which are great ihfluence of private education, theinfluence of various factors have been qualitied through the model between them, and we cansee that the number of children, the government education investment and family income arethe the main factors which effect the private education capital investment.At last, the thesis concentrates on the economic effects of the education capital, throughthe establishment of model between private education investment, government education inputand related economic variables role to make quantitative analysis of their contributions, andfinally, through the model regression measure the investment proportion of education investment adapt to China’s own economic development, in order to provide certain referencefor the improvement and development of China education capital investment structure.
