The Analysis Of Development And Status In Agricultural Vocational Education Of CRTVU

This dissertation uses the experience of other countries for reference to our countryside adult education conducting models and ways. In USA and in Canada,the community college is the main part in advanced vocational education and it has adopted the model of CBE Vocational education;In WK,higher vocational education is the"sand witch"teaching model;and it is"dual system"In Germany;In Japan,it is through the description of teaching activities by radio,medium and citizen guide hall,library,cultural center and so on.In this dissertation,we think that there are many restricted factors for the sustained development,but the most basic and crucial factor is the person ,and modern adult's viewpoint and quality in rural areas .If there aren't practitioners with good quality ,the advanced agricultural production technology and the managing methods can't be applied widely,and the modern agricultural machinery can't be universalized,the agricultural labor productivity can't be improved,so it is impossible to realize agricultural modernization. However,our nation's higher education affairs can't adapt to the need of the development,no matter in the quantity,quality,structure,species,specifications of people,or in the size and the level of scientific development ,all that can't satisfy the needs. So the higher education needs further development to satisfy the situation.At present,In our country,the quality of labors in agriculture is very low,and the agricultural technology popularized people are lacking,which seriously restrict the realization for agricultural production and modernization. Therefore,it is the essential condition to realize the agricultural production and modernization, By cultivating a lot of qualified people who can stay in countryside when they are necessary by devoting major efforts to developing agricultural vocational education,Improving universally labor's scientific and cultural quality. Devote major efforts to developing agricultural vocational education is the efficient ways of improving the quality of practitioners in rural areas. CRTVU'S conducting agricultural education is based on the development and need of our national agricultural education, the improvement of population quality, production, facing to the dual system, more specs,multifunction, various forms,and the educational service is suitable for our country's conditions which we have a wide area,Large population, educational resource in short supply and low-level,advanced education system operated by poor country. At the same time ,conducting education administrative pilot"one college student in one countryside" means the modern distance education method which will be sending higher education to countryside in order to cultivate the scientific and technological and management talents who are adapted to the need of social marketing economic development,and making them training the foregoer in rural economy,agricultural Production,technology,and higher culture. This paper is based on the thread of enhancing the quality of rural practitioners. We try to find out the basic situation of our vocational education form the visual angle of the development of population,structure Production adjusting,Production In rural areas,adult vocational education,and analyze the present situation and development of vocational education in agriculture. Especially discussing and thinking about the function and the effect of agricultural vocation education conducted by CRTVU. It affirms the achievement , experience as well as it offers deeply suggestion,main part for adult reeducation in rural areas.
