The government of Qinghai Province for the protection of "Sanjiangyuan" in the deteriorating ecological environment since 2003, began to deal with the problem of the "Sanjiangyuan" in the ecological environment to carry out a grazing ban policy. In order to get "Sanjiangyuan" ecological immigrant children to be better educated, a remote education program is being implemented in Qinghai. The ecological immigrant children will receive better conditions in education and government subsidies to help them finish their studies. Ledu County in Qinghai Province in was classified as a pilot counties "Sanjiangyuan" ecological immigrant children in the remote education program. The first batch of "Sanjiangyuan" ecological immigrant children in September 2004 came here study. Because of changes in the environment of language and culture, changes in teaching methods, changes in teaching materials, drastic changes in the mind of students and changes in the natural environment and so on, students have not adjusted to learning. This paper adopt ways of documents, questionnaires and interviews to study and analyses "Sanjiangyuan" national experimental classes of students learning adaptability. The results show that why students are not suited mainly reflected in attitudes towards learning, learning methods, learning environment and mental health, and so on.Through the "Sanjiangyuan" national experimental class students are not suited for analysis of the problems presented ease "Sanjiangyuan" national experimental class students are not suited to the specific measures to guarantee "Sanjiangyuan" ecological migrants smooth implementation of projects, so that immigrant children can successfully complete their education to promote the cause of education in national development.
