With the reform of the minority cadres plan,more and more ethnic minority examinees apply for the program.However,the investigation found that there are still many problems in the implementation process of minority cadres.In particular,the study of minority cadres is particularly problematic.Based on the existing literature,the literature review,the principles and requirements of the questionnaire,the researcher compiled a questionnaire for learning adaptability of ethnic minority backbone postgraduates.This study selected M University 2015 grade,2016 grade and 2017 grade the backbone of ethnic minority students as the research object,focus on the investigation and analysis of the M University research of minority backbone students learning adaptability,and to explore the effect of learning adaptability of ethnic minority backbone students factors.On this basis,on the part of learning to adapt the research of minority students backbone case study interviews,in-depth analysis of the causes of maladaptive learning,combined with the results of the survey data and draw the following conclusions.there are significant differences between the age level of learning adaptability of ethnic minority backbone students study on the ethnic minorities the backbone of students learning adaptability of the overall level of development with age increased.In addition,the learning adaptability of the backbone graduate students of ethnic minorities" is influenced by two aspects of internal cause and external cause.Internal factors mainly refer to their own factors,and the learning motivation,learning ability and learning attitude of the individual have a certain influence on their learning adaptability.The external cause mainly refers to the three aspects of the school,the family and the society.Family rearing style has a significant influence on the learning adaptability of "the backbone graduate students of ethnic minorities.In terms of school social factors,school learning atmosphere,teachers'expectations and professional employment prospects have a significant impact on learning adaptability of ethnic minority backbone postgraduates.Therefore,the researchers put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the learning adaptability of the "minority backbone graduate students.
