Adaptation and development is the basic task of the individual life. Social adaptation is one of the core issues of the individual survival and the development, while the learning adaptation is an important content of the adolescents’ social adaptation. The core issue of quality education is how to go through the effective educational activities and practice, so that all the students’ learning potential can be given full play and all kinds of ability and quality of body and mind can be maximized the upgrading and development as much as possible.There are two main contents of this study: firstly, based on literature analysis and investigation, analyze the problems which the students in Tian Baxiang exist in their mathematics learning from the transitional stage of the primary school to the junior high school and conclude the adaptation situation that the students in Grade One of the junior high school study mathematics and the factors which influence the adaptability; secondly, according to the survey to the students’ in Grade One of the junior high school mathematics learning adaptability,using the theories which promote the students’ mathematics learning adaptability,such as the zone of proximal development theory, humanistic learning, metacognitive theory, through the educational narrative research, further explore the strategies for facilitating the students’ in Grade Seven mathematics learning adaptability and provide the intervention strategies and methods which have some reference value and promote the students’ mathematical learning adaptation.Case study shows that, the mathematics learning strategy of transformation to the students in Grade Seven of Tian Ba Middle School of Zhao Yang District of Zhao Tong City gets certain result and has certain effect in changing the students’ mathematics learning attitude,in improving the students’ mathematics learning method and in raising the student’s achievement in mathematics and it can promote the mathematics learning adaptability for the students in Grade Seven to a certain extent.The study on how to make middle school students learn mathematics well and leting different students can more adapt to the current teaching environment and the teaching content in learning maths achieves certain results, the study also has practical significance, in the future the depth research can be also done more.
