If future society is to have a sound, stable and harmonious development, Compulsory Education Act should be soundly implemented, low-educated and unqualified students should be blocked away from the labor forces. This paper theoretically analyzes the nature and solving measures of the phenomenon of learning disabled students, practically summaries the concerned newest practices. In the research, Education Surveying Method and Questionnaire Poll Method were employed to study the IQ and RV of the experiment class, meanwhile, major sectors that influence students' learning, e.g., stable emotion, extensive interest, intensive willpower, active attitude and sound learning method, were also take into the survey. Based on the above research, seven-year students with mathematics learning disability were classified and transformed. Besides, the Single Sampling Method was used to trace down the transforming characteristics and the would-be preventing tactics for the IQ learning disabled students kind, non-IQ learning disabled students kind and the synthesized learning disabled student kind. It concluded that the breakthrough for the problem solving is the ultimate reason of the learning disability, all kinds students can be transformed with proper instruction on interest, emotion, learning method and attitude. Differential stage teaching method and differentiated level teaching pattern were reasoned out as the mean tools to reduce the learning disabled students.
