According to the report of some material, at present in China there are a lot of teenagers who have psychological problems, and are in urgent need of help. Moreover, what worries us is that in recent years the number of the teenager students who are unsociable and disobedient, self-closed, off-home, even committing suicide is in a state of sharply ascending. To reinforce the education and guidance of the students' mental health has become a pressing job.When the students have the psychological problems, it is natural that school is the main force of the front, and should take the responsibility of the education of the students' mental health. However, owing to the limitation of teachers, space, and time, it is hard to be implemented effectively. The effect can be imagined if the task is only accomplished by the teacher in charge of a class or politics-educating fighting in isolation. Therefore, in the light of the "person-orientated" educational idea, with the cultivation of the students' personality, the perfecting of the students' character, the impartation of the knowledge of science and culture, and the training of the students' professional skills well integrated, it is practicable and necessary to make the education of mental health permeated into the discipline teaching, and promote the students' all-round development. All the teachers who contact closely with the students should pay attention to this problem. Chinese, a mixture of knowledge, art, and education, enjoys the exceptional advantages to take on this task.This thesis specifically analyses the cause of the students' psychological hindrance in vocational school, and points out that the Chinese teacher should make use of the advantage of Chinese, and penetrate the content of mental health into Chinese teaching.Chinese is the most important communicative tool and cultural carrier. It is the perfect combinations of thought and art, humanity and instrument, and its function of cultivation can not be replaced. The discipline of Chinese provides a rich content for the education of psychological health. The course of Chinese has a large amount of concrete, vivid, and subjective content, directly concerning the factors of the students' mental health including emotion, attitude, and values, and it takes an indelible function to the students' all-round and lifelong development.When the education of psychological health is penetrated into Chinese class, the former one-sided attitude to the education of mental health must be changed, the idea of Chinese teaching should be reexamined, and the view of harmonious "person-orientated" teacher & student development should be established. The teacher should change his role, use the idea of the education of mental health to design a class, create a good psychological enviorenment for the class, and promote the communication and cooperation between the students to form a group psychological advantage, making them study cooperatively. Also the teacher should be good at catching the education opportunity, considering the Chinese teaching from the angle of the students' mental health, to make the Chinese class embody the idea of the education of mental health. And they should scientifically make the psychological guidance to the students, teach properly them some self-adjustment methods, use the true feelings and sincerity to educate them, and light a lamp for the maturity of their lives.
