As an important carrier of mental health education system for students in higher vocational colleges,mental health education is the main channel to develop mental health education and expand professional psychological quality.However,While achieving positive results,the psychological health courses in many higher vocational colleges fail to combine the objectives of higher vocational training and the psychological characteristics of the students,and here are some problems that are not targeted and effective.In this regard,this paper proposes to construct a experiential mental health education course with activities as the carrier,experience as the core,cultivation as the purpose.The research of the full text mainly includes the following aspects:Firstly,the theoretical research of experiential mental health education curriculum in higher vocational colleges is combed out.The first chapter mainly discusses the background of this paper,at home and abroad and the experience type teaching,experiential learning and psychological health education course in literature review,the study will experience type teaching and higher vocational education curriculum,the combination of mental health made the research plan.The second chapter mainly analyzes and discusses the theoretical part of the course,including the nature and theoretical basis of the course,and analyzes the applicability of experiential education course in higher vocational colleges based on the current situation of education course in mental health and the psychological characteristics of higher vocational students.Secondly,through theoretical research,the implementation scheme of experiential mental health courses in higher vocational colleges is preliminarily constructed.The third and fourth chapters of this paper mainly discuss the implementation of education course of experiential mental health in higher vocational colleges,including the course design concept,teaching process and teaching evaluation,and elaborate the elements and stages of each link.Based on my actual teaching cases,the effectiveness of experiential mental health education course in higher vocational colleges is further clarified.Thirdly,summarize and reflect on the research.In the fifth chapter,the research conclusions are summarized,including:experiential mental health education course conforms to the characteristics of higher vocational students;The course can improve the effectiveness of mental health education in higher vocational colleges.Students are satisfied with the implementation of the curriculum.By analyzing the shortcomings of the reflective research,this paper discusses the further research in the future.
