The report on the development of China's national mental health(2017-2018)in February 2019 shows that the mental health status of 11%-15% of the people is not optimistic.College students are in the transition stage from adolescence to early adulthood.Their psychological quality is unstable and they are easy to lose themselves in the complicated environment.Since 2001,the state has issued a series of documents on mental health education in colleges and universities in order to promote the development of mental health education in colleges and universities.College mental health education courses shoulder the responsibility of cultivating college students' psychological quality and promoting their potential development. The implementation of the courses must be based on the characteristics of the courses, conform to the characteristics of college students' physical and mental development, and conform to the laws of higher education teaching.Based on Taylor's curriculum theory and related theories of influencing factors of curriculum implementation, this study summarizes the influencing factors of curriculum implementation of mental health education in Colleges and universities into six aspects: curriculum setting, teaching plan, teaching behavior, learning behavior, teaching environment and curriculum evaluation.Taking the influencing factors of the implementation of the course as the dimension,a self-compiled questionnaire "Survey on the Current Situation of the Implementation of Mental Health Education Courses in Colleges and Universities" was compiled.Four typical colleges and universities in H Province were surveyed. After three months,1994 questionnaires and 1888 valid questionnaires were issued to analyze the current situation and problems of the implementation of the course in sample colleges and universities.According to the questionnaire analysis, the interview outline was determined, and interviews were organized. The interviewees were the leaders of the mental health education center and the teachers of the course.A total of 8 teachers were interviewed. The achievements, problems and causes of the implementation of the course were analyzed, and the corresponding countermeasures were put forward. There are four chapters in this paper. The main contents of the introduction are the reasons for choosing the topic, the core concepts and literature review, the purpose and significance of the research, the research methods and ideas; The second chapter is the theoretical basis, including the basic content, development and Enlightenment of Ralph Taylor's curriculum theory to the author's curriculum research, the model construction and connotation interpretation of the influencing factors of the implementation of mental health education curriculum in Colleges and universities, and the combing of the curriculum objectives; The third chapter is the questionnaire survey, interview and result analysis of the implementation of the course, which summarizes the achievements, problems and causes of the implementation of the course in sample colleges and universities; The fourth chapter puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the implementation of the course, aiming at the problems and causes. The main research results of this paper are as follows:(1)The implementation of mental health education curriculum in Colleges and universities has achieved good results, which are mainly manifested in the expansion of curriculum popularization, the enhancement of school-based awareness, the positive attitude of teachers and the improvement of students' awareness of the curriculum.(2)The following problems exist in the implementation of mental health education curriculum in Colleges and universities: the curriculum is not standardized;the faculty is not perfect;the students' interest in learning is not strong;and the teaching environment is not open.(3)The main reasons for the problems in the implementation of mental health education curriculum in Colleges and universities are: the over-definition and refinement of curriculum objectives;the neglect of students' needs in curriculum content;the lack of resource support in curriculum organization;and the single mode of curriculum evaluation object. On the basis of the above research, specific countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to improve the implementation of the curriculum: giving consideration to both development and construction, improving the applicability of the objectives;paying attention to resource support, improving the curriculum security system;giving full play to the endogenous nature of the subject, optimizing the implementation of the curriculum;and creating characteristic courses to promote symbiotic development.
