A Study On Skilled Talents Cultivation In The Context Of New-type Industrialization

With the advance of new-type industrialization,the demand for skilled personnel increased.In order to realize new-type industrialization,we must exert the vast advantage of our human resources,while it still exist the conflict between supply and demand in the labor market,and the current situation of shortage of skilled personnel become the "bottleneck" which constraints the advance of new-type industrialization. Based on the intrinsic contact of new-type industrialization and vocational education,starting with the demand status of skilled personnel needed for the development of economy,and by analysis the present problem lied in the cultivation of skilled personnel,this thesis proposes strategies of the cultivation of skilled personnel fit for new-type industrialization.The thesis includes four parts:Part one mainly introduces the research purpose,frame, meanings,contents and methods etc.Part two analyzes the basic features of new-type industrialization,and the demands for the skilled talents of modern companies.Part three takes Hunan province for example;mainly introduce the situations of its talents' cultivation. Meanwhile,the writer apply some own views.Part forth proposes the strategies of cultivating skilled talents for new-type industrialization.Talents cultivation refers to many factors,this thesis mainly talks about the adjustment of major structure,"Double division" team-building, practical training base construction,talents management and evaluation.The thesis' s purpose is to provide some theory ideas for vocational education,cultivate more qualified talents for the social development.
