With the expansion and development of the curriculum, the specialization developments of our primary and middle-school teachers are raised to a height level which never have,. The school -based teaching research is the way that base on the work in school educational teaching, of which the teachers are the main group, combining the research with studies in schooling. This essay reseals some examples of the practical teaching through some surveys and interviews in several typical middle schools in Nan'an country. It aims to expand the efficiency and to find out the existing problems, so that we can seek out the right strategies for developing the school-based teaching research efficiency. Through the surveys and interviews in the past years, it is found that the teachers in Nan'an have renewed their educational teaching ideas, perfected the educational teaching deeds. The study-style schools have been set up throughout Nan'an by these activities whatsmore, the curriculum reforms are full of lively and vigour. The ability and level of the character education is increasing continuously. However, because of lacking the theories and scientific methods and of the singularity of the research forms, also because the evaluation mechanisms haven't been fixed yet, the guarantee terms are not perfect and the shortages of profession guides are existing in the procession of the school base teaching research. Therefore, teachers should try to promote their actual effect of the school base teaching research by means of enhancing the theories guides, creating the teaching research, strengthening the managements, promoting the school guarantee mechanisms. And for that the school-based teaching research can be really as strong carries to promote the developments of the school and the teachers. It can be said that whether the teaching research in middle schools of country is successful or not, it matters not only the success and failure of the new curriculum reform in whole county, but it also can be the significant reference meanings to other places.
