This study takes school-based teacher training of Middle School as the main scope, takes the implementation of school-based teacher training in A Middle School as the main object, takes the school-based teacher training application in High School physical implementation strategy as the ultimate goal. Firstly, briefly introduce the concept of school-based teacher training theoretically, combining the theory base of school-based teacher training, primarily discuss the basic ideas of school-based teacher training implementation, expound the significance of school-based teacher training. Secondly, apply the theory research to the practice exploration by multi-investigation of the implementation of the school-based teacher training in A middle school. In one hand, it tests the practical value of the theory, in the other hand, the theory is further improved by practice. Questionnaire and interview is the main method of this study. The study makes an analysis and conclusion of the implementation of school-based teacher training in A middle school and gets the following result:Most of the teacher is positive to improve their own teaching theory level and try to exceed their job; they give their strong hope and enthusiasm on the school-based teacher training.However, in actual operation, the inherent problem leads the loss of interest in part of teachers and it is difficult to arouse their enthusiasm, which results in an ineffective training. In view of this status, the thesis attempts to study the implementation actual effect,in order to find a specific measurement with local characteristics and meeting the school actual condition. A detailed proposal has been raised for the school, physics teaching group, grade lesson preparation team and individuals. Hope to carry out practice and exploration with multi effort and cooperation, improve all aspects of school-based training to promote an effective implementation of school-based teacher training and comprehensively improve the overall quality of teachers and school sponsoring ability level.
