Moral education is an eternal theme in human education .It is the general trend of the development of modern education to pay close attention to moral education. It is an important and difficult issue for the moral education workers to research the efficiency of moral education to the students in the middle schools, which is determined by the importance and practicality of the education. At present, the most outstanding problem, which perplexes the moral education of middle schools, is lacking actual effect. Therefore, how to probe into the workable strategy of raising the actual effect of moral education in middle schools, following the laws of moral education, becomes a problem that the educators have to face. This dissertation is intended to discuss the above theme from the following four parts.The first part consists two aspects. The first aspect specifies the implication and the judging criteria of the actual effect of moral education, making the inner effects and outer benefits the criteria of actual effect. The second aspect: The importance of researching the efficiency of moral education to the students in the middle school. Part Two: Investigation and analysis of the actual effect actuality of moral education in middle schools. In this part, knowing the actual effect actuality of moral education in middle schools through investigating teachers and students and finding out existent problems about the actual effect of moral education . Part Three: The main factors of the low efficiency of moral education in the middle schools. In this part, the author expounds systematically that the main factors that hold back the efficiency from the following five aspects: The target of moral education,The content of moral education,The means of moral education,Morality diathesis estimate and Moral education circumstance. Part Four: The strategies of strengthening the efficiency of moral education to the students in the middle schools. Aiming at the causes of the moral education lacking actual effect in the middle schools , this part mainly expounds the workable strategy of raising the actual effect of moral education in the middle schools as follows: adjusting the target of moral education; enriching the contents of new era moral education to the students in the middle school; the innovating of the education methods; perfecting the middle school students' the morals character the evaluation system and strengthening of the optimization of the education atmosphere.
