Effective control of the college entrance examination papers scoring error is the inner requirements for improving the quality of college entrance examination of language, is the inevitable demand of accurate selection of personnel, maintenance of the college entrance examination fair, just and authoritative. Scoring error control the college entrance examination papers is a global problem, despite years of research there is no substantive breakthrough. Firstly, the concept "scoring error" has not been clearly defined; secondly, it had not conducted a comprehensive and systematic theoretical research, and also lack of practice corresponding solution. This thesis defined the concept of scoring error control of the college entrance examination papers in the broadest sense, and that the generalized concept of scoring error control of the college entrance examination papers means the difference between the score of candidates' composition and the true score of the candidates' level of writing. And this thesis point out that scoring error control of the college entrance examination papers should correct the error through various channels, according to the nature, purpose and requirements of college entrance examination. On the basis of these, this thesis try to build a macro framework for research in scoring error control the college entrance examination papers, and put forward some suggestions. This paper mainly uses literature research and historical research, supplemented by empirical research.The basic concepts and preliminary conceive of this thesis are constructed from the three dimensions which must be considered of:1. Analyzed from proposition. Sample of the writing style and content with sample one-sidedness, topics incomprehensible, and insufficient number of topics will cause the score error of the college entrance examination papers.2. Analyzed from the process of score. scorer' attitude does not seriously, do not have a strong sense of responsibility, knowledge uneven, the different personality, the scorer number of single article too small, and psychological factors such as preference of style are also cause score inconsistent and inaccuracies in scoring the college entrance examination papers.3. Analyzed from the examination process. The examination environment is not good, words and deeds behavior of examiners are not standardized and candidates do not have a strong motivation will also cause scoring error of the college entrance examination papers. According to all sources of score error in scoring the college entrance examination papers, this thesis propose to the corresponding composition college entrance examination conceive of score error control.1. In the proposition area, this thesis think that we should not use sampling style "open-style" or "stylistic choice" for the request, the best request students writing some specific style; in the area of the contents sampling, this thesis think the best use of "openness topic", let every candidates have something to say; according to previous research findings, this thesis have introduced a general proposition standards of long article topics; against the shortcomings of single long article, this thesis propose to adopt an integrated, multi-Proposition structure.2. In the process of score, all measures are aimed at controlling scorer marking. About the scoring methods, this thesis propose to adopt comprehensive score. About the score scale, this thesis recommend the use of composition reference scale, and design production steps of the reference scale of the composition. Various control measures it is through the implementation of scorer, this thesis put forward some proposals about choice, training, management and monitoring scorer.3. In the examination process, this thesis believe that we should create a good test environment for each of the candidates; to draw up work manuals for examiners, and restrict their words and deeds; increase the number of examinations or combination of the process evaluation to reduce errors caused by the one-time examination.This thesis also inspected some mature and effective measures of CET-4, CET-6, HSK and other various examinations in error control on the composition score, and put forward three suggestions: the college entrance writing examination conducted by "independent test", "electronic score", "after adjusting ".
