As an elective examination,the college entrance examination should effectively distinguish candidates.Chinese composition belongs to the large score type in the college entrance examination,which plays an important role in the selection of college entrance examination talents,and its score should reflect the purpose of distinguishing candidates.However,through data analysis,it is found that the scores of Chinese composition scores in college entrance examination are too concentrated,and the subjectivity of the scores aggravates the phenomenon of centralization.Therefore,the purpose of this study is to explore the reasons for the neutrality of the Chinese composition score of the college entrance examination and the coping strategies,so as to give full play to the role of the "baton" of the Chinese composition score of the college entrance examination,so as to promote the teaching.Further improve the fairness of the Chinese composition score of the college entrance examination.Firstly,the literature analysis method is used to sort out the existing research,and it is found that the existing research data is single,and the reasons and countermeasures are not comprehensive enough and lack of integration.Secondly,by using the method of comparative analysis,through the collation of the relevant data of the Chinese composition scores of the examines from 2016 to 2018,this paper mainly confirms the centralization phenomenon of the Chinese composition scores of the college entrance examination by means of the difference coefficient and the discrimination index.Finally,the questionnaire and interview method are used to analyze the reasons to find out the countermeasures.Based on the literature review and the results of the pre-interview of experienced teachers,the questionnaire and interview outline are designed,and a total of 12 questionnaires are sent out.0,interviews with 5 teachers who participated in college entrance examination Chinese marking for more than 10 years.The questionnaire and interview mainly include three dimensions:scoring method,scoring standard and marking management.Through questionnaires and interviews,it is concluded that the reasons for the trend of Chinese composition scoring in college entrance examination are the fatigue caused by online marking,the unfamiliar reading teachers' familiarity with itemized score and the warning mechanism of "double evaluation" mode.In the scoring standard,it is mainly manifested in the fuzziness of the teachers' understanding of the scoring standard.In the management of marking papers,the number of personnel in the marking team is relatively small,and the proportion of Chinese teachers in the first line of senior high school is small.Before the formal start of the marking work,the number of Chinese teachers in the first line of senior high school is relatively small.The training time of the marking teachers is not enough,the content is insufficient and the training results are lack of evaluation,the working time of the marking paper is longer,the rest time is shorter and the reading time of each Chinese composition test paper is shorter.The evaluation of neutral supervision mechanism is not perfect.Finally,the interview is mainly supplemented by some questionnaire results to explore the coping strategies,which are summarized as the following aspects:one is to appropriately reduce the length of marking work and increase the number of rest.The second is to use itemized score and "double evaluation" in the score of daily senior high school Chinese composition examination,and to widen the error threshold of the score.Third,the establishment of scoring standards by style.Fourth,the extension of training time,the content is filled In fact,we should strengthen the cultivation of teachers' sense of responsibility and evaluate the training effect on the basis of the results of trial evaluation.Fifth,strengthen the supervision of the phenomenon of teachers'centralization in the process of marking.Sixth,the introduction of artificial intelligence technology.The countermeasures mentioned above are only considered from the theoretical level,and whether there are other problems in practical application remains to be tested in practice.We can understand the views of teachers in different regions on the score of Chinese composition in college entrance examination,or find out the solutions from the policies and related techniques,so as to find more feasible ways to reduce the phenomenon of grading.
