Research On The Sustainable Development Of Independent College

Independent College is the new pattern of the China higher education system , as well as in the world. It is created during the China higher education reform. The key idea for creating Independent College is to fully utilize the existing high quality higher education resources in China. The initiation and execution of Independent College has shown the positive effect to China's higher education reform and development; has expanded higher education scale and improved higher education teaching resources in China. Along with the economic, scientific and social development in China, and the demand for high quality human resources, it requires the more development of the higher education sector. The Independent College is one of the important parts of China higher education sector. How to keep the sustainable development of the Independent College becomes the key issue. In China, the study for sustainable development of the Independent College is at the beginning stage, it has not formed reasonable completed theories. Therefore, to explore the theory of the sustainable development of the Independent College has the practical meaning and could provide guidance for the development of the Independent College.This dissertation, based on the sustainable development of Independence College, analyzes a series of problems the Independence College faces, and then presents some solutions. This dissertation is divided into five parts. The first part, also the part to expatiate on the conception, defines the Independence College and analyzes the types, explains the connotation and characteristics of Independence College and the significance of its development. The second part analyzes the reasons of the rise, the development of Independence College , and thinks that the development of Independence College is a great pioneering work in our country. The third part concentrates on the problems which it is faced with and thinks , there are several factors restricting the improvement of Property ownership, government management and self-construction, etc. The fourth part studies the strategies of carrying on sustainable development of Independence College, from the perspective of the existing problems, explains the aspects that Independence College has to deal with in sustainable development in details. The fifth part: conclusion. This part summarizes all the viewpoints proposed in the dissertation and believes that, as long as Independence College , institutions of higher learning , standardize the running of school , it will definitely become the great strength to promote the cause of higher-education of our country.
