The Governance Structure Of The Independent Colleges Of Higher Education In China

After several years' development, independent colleges have become a main force in the high education field by depending on their dependent universities' education resources and the advantages of the ways of companies' cooperation, and have made great contribution to the communization of china's high education. However, in the new situation, it's possible for the independent colleges which have just finished the form development and are not stable in it's every aspect to face serious challenges as well as marketing competitionConfronting with the independent colleges which can not follow a practical and mature principle so far, the novel of this paper lies in combining the principle of the management and economy and detecting its trend and law of developing, and promoting the independent colleges' development following the demands of new situation and new missions.This paper explains background,purpose and significance of the study at first, and summarizes some theories of management construction, puts forward management construction frame of Independent college. Then expounds the development of higher education and independent college, after using the forms to illustrate the situation of independent colleges while forecasting the scales, the paper use mathematic method to prove that the independent colleges will have grate development if under the improved management. Following, the paper illustrates and analyzes the pattern and characteristic of the management construction through interior and external management construction, comprehends that because of the difference of management construction according to investigation will come into discrepancy. Therefore, it sums up the problems of independent college, and advises some countermeasures so as to solve the shortcomings existed at present.
