In recent years, as Chinese economic situation changes, the demand for the high-quality skilled worked and high-tech professionals in the market tend to be stronger. The second vocational education in our country begins to enter a new period of development through up and down. The students of secondary vocation education in the less developed areas neither have diploma advantage nor the experience. They are even lack of realization to the vocational world and city life. If there is no good career plan for them, they have to change their jobs as they become older. So they can not find the suitable vacancy in the city. It may lead to new social problems. Therefore we should strengthen the guidance of career plan so as to develop their ability of sustainable development and the aim at the career. However, the career plan education in our country is still in its infancy. Though some people have researched the related problems such as the design for the career planning of secondary vocational students, the study for the secondary vocational educational students in less developed areas is few. The career guidance to the secondary vocational students remains the traditional practice about placing the job, which can not guarantee the quality of the graduate is employment.Based on the theory of career plan in and outside our country, the author has made much more research on the career plan for the secondary students in the less developed areas. And the author also referred to the natural condition of the country, Hunan province and HuaiHua City. During the guidance of career plan for the students, the author found out that they have finished the reform of teaching and management for the students and got rid of the difficulties about the research and management of students. At the same time, the author found the guidance of career plan can make students have a stronger competitive ability and more reasonable for professional values. Then we can improve the employment rate and reemployment and promote social harmony and stability.
