Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Career Planning Education For Secondary Vocational School Students

Every year, millions of secondary vocational school students(hereinafter to be referred as secondary vocational students) join the labor market, they are facing severe employment situations. Promoting their employment ability, planning personal career development and adapting to working life as soon as possible, have already become a social concern. So, it is desirable of social development and students’ self-development to carry out education of career planning in secondary vocational schools.At present, a large number of secondary vocational school graduates are usually subjective and blind in choosing a career due to the lack of correct understanding1 of themselves and awareness of career planning. As the backbone of Chinese vocational education, secondary vocational education has the responsibility to cultivate professional ability and promote the development of vocational students’ employment.To probe further into the secondary vocational students’ career planning education, which is not only beneficial for building the student’s correct occupational development view, establishing reasonable career goals, determining after graduation destination, but also helpful for the students to improve their employment ability. Meanwhile, such problem study can also strengthen and improve the personal training mode to make it more adaptable to the requirements of economic and social development.To this end, according to the author personal working experience in A School and taking A School as an example, the thesis is divided into five chapters. The subject from the background, significance departure, according to the literature to introduce the secondary vocational school students’ career planning concepts, the theoretical basis and literature review. Use A school as an example. Focus on the career planning education of the art secondary vocational school students to make an investigation in paper and interview, to analysis the potential problem, and to bring out the original proposal in especial curriculum design of career planning education. By this study, we are looking forward to having a certain reference and value for the other secondary vocational school student career planning education.
