In our country, vocational education especially secondary vocational education didn't receive enough attention because of the enrollment enlarged of high schools. As the problem such competition of finding job, shortage of mechanic workers coming up, the government and the society attach importance to vocational education again. And vocational education meets a benign development opportunity. The students'obtain employment rate is a criterion for judging a vocational school's teaching quality. Therefore pursuing obtain employment rate and neglecting quality is a common problem of vocational school. The author of this paper consider that vocational school should change the concept of running school, improving the recognition of career planning education, and make effort to make vocational school go up to another step.This paper probes how to develop career planning education according the secondary students'character for secondary vocational school. There are six chapters in this paper:The first chapter for introduction. This chapter is divided into three parts, namely, the research significance, the research objects and research methods are expounded.The second chapter for career planning concepts of education, career planning overseas domestic development history and the related theory of career planning for. a detailed description for secondary schools, education career planning and provide theoretical basis.The third chapter argues the career planning survey of secondary vocational students. Nearly 800 secondary vocational students in Guangzhou took part in the research according self-made questionnaire. The result shows that:(1) good aspects:the reception degree of major is relatively high and the students show more reason in choosing job and the expectation of working salary. (2) bad aspects:the students are lack of conscious of career planning and confidence of future, the preparation of finding job is delay and the working place is localization. Chapter four is exploring the career education, according to the characteristics of vocational education career planning. This section includes two aspects:one is the government and society should change ideas, strengthen government on the secondary vocational student career planning and guidance, strengthen the social public opinion guide, To strengthen vocational school is born of career planning, and puts forward some specific operational methods to solve them.The fifth chapter for secondary school education career planning of curriculum system construction. Mainly introduces the education career planning and start the content of the course and education.The sixth chapter for research conclusion and prospected. This study explores the national vocational education as the top in guangdong province secondary students education career planning, experimental results show that the present situation of vocational education career planning birth of positive and negative, calling for the country, society and schools from three aspects the work well together.
