Career Planning is the main channel for vocational schools to implement career planning education and one of the compulsory courses of moral education for Vocational students.Under the background of Vocational Education in the new era,this study takes the teaching of Career Planning as the research theme,starting from the needs of serving secondary vocational education,serving social economy,serving moral education in secondary vocational schools and making secondary vocational students outstanding in their life,and combining with the current research situation at home and abroad,using the theory of career planning,optimization of teaching process and Tao Xingzhi's education theory to refer to it.Guide the research and practice of this paper.Based on the questionnaire survey of teachers and students in some secondary vocational schools in Guangdong Province,this paper summarizes some achievements of the course teaching by adopting various research methods,such as literature research method,data analysis method,expert consultation method and multi-disciplinary comprehensive research method.The results are as follows: the importance of the school has been improved,the level of Teachers has been improved,learning has been improved.The school gradually pays attention to school-based research,teaching methods become more diverse,and teaching evaluation shows a pluralistic trend.At the same time,some problems in the teaching of this course are put forward,such as: the teaching concept needs to keep pace with the times,the lack of professional quality of teachers,the teaching content is not close to the needs,the teaching methods need to keep pace with the times,and the lack of scientific mechanism of teaching evaluation,in order to verify the urgency and importance of this study.Combining the above teaching effects and problems,this paper puts forward five countermeasures: renewing teaching ideas,strengthening the construction of teachers,integrating teaching contents,enriching teaching methods and improving teaching evaluation.In particular,the innovative proposal is to integrate the teaching content of this course into "four modules,thirteen topics",and to achieve "five-lead" teaching evaluation relying on five subjects,so as to truly realize the evaluation of the whole staff,the whole process and all-round way,and strive to integrate the teaching and students' growth,realizethe organic unity of people and classes,so as to make students like,benefit all their lives,and strive to be brilliant in society.Economics,secondary vocational education,secondary vocational schools and secondary vocational students can play the greatest value and role of this course.
