As the center of farmer workers in Hunan, Zhuzhou is more prominent with the problem of educating farmer workers' children, resulting in bigger pressure and greater challenge.Failing to share the fair education is a problem of prominence in educating farmer workers' children. Farmer workers' migration into Zhuzhou results in the separation of their hometown and the educating place, making it difficult for the children to enjoy the compulsory education. The family where its function is out of balance weakens the family education. Generally speaking, farmer workers' children's social education system is not perfect, it does not have the explicit management main body and the person of responsibility, and lacks a systematic, active, positive, and effective social education. The reasons of farmer workers' children's education is various, including the uneven social productive forces development, the limitation of household register system, the backwardness of management system, the discounted implementation of education laws, especially the poor home education condition. In order to improve and solve the farmer workers' children's education problem in Zhuzhou, the government should comprehensively improve the human quality and maintain a long term fair education, plan globally, carry out the steps of implementation gradually, establish a fair system for the farmer workers' children to go to school, and a mechanism where school, society and family interacts actively.
