| Through the comparison with our Universities and some famous Universities in the U.S.A. and U.K., it shows that our Universities had a lot of short comings on the conception, system development, mechanism innovation and etc. on the interdisciplinary development. So, it will be definitely beneficial to us that, according to learning from those successful Universities, it can develop our Universities on both system development and mechanism innovation, and will also upgrade our conception of how to make our interdisciplinary perfect.The paper picked out five representative Top-Level Universities for their predominant experience in interdisciplinary development. It can be divided in to two parts:Firstly, the paper introduced the history, actuality of the disciplinary development, and analyzed the various impetus of interdisciplinary development in U.S.A. The paper select three Universities: Harvard University, Stanford University and University of Michigan, as the study cases to analyze the reason of their outstanding achievements on interdisciplinary development. Secondly, after introducing the eximious interdisciplinary tradition, the paper selected 2 Universities: University of Cambridge and University of Oxford as the study cases to analyze their foresight, organization and achievement in interdisciplinary development.Referring to the experiences got from the foreign Universities, the paper builds a model of management system and operation mechanism on interdisciplinary development for our own Universities. The constructed framework concludes two aspects (six innovative organizations and two system patterns) of management system and seven aspects of operation mechanism (The talents Mobility Mechanism, Team Optimization Mechanisms, Capital Investment Mechanism, Exchanges and Cooperation Mechanism, The Decision-making Mechanism, Resource Sharing Mechanism and Valuation Mechanism) in order to accelerate the interdisciplinary development in our universities.
