With social progress and rapid technological development, we need facing more and more the major problems ,we can not resolve by a single force, we shoud work together on collaborative research .At the same time, with a large number of new interdisciplinary research continues to strengthen , original interdisciplinary professional character is weakening. It is necessary for us to train talents of interdisciplinary education in university .Many colleges and universities make such as dual-degree major and minor and other attempting forms. But these do not break the universities or in the premise of the original mode of education reform. The students did not take into account substantial multi-disciplinary, cross-disciplinary training talents did not make progress . The reason should be in the initial stage, the cross-disciplinary training talents of the theory is still lagging behind. This article analyzes the domestic universities lag cross-disciplinary training personnel reasons and success of training personnel of foreign universities interdisciplinary .In order to build the new system in new situation of cross-disciplinary training personnel management system of our country.In this paper, I use literature analysises and case analysises ,I analysis cross-disciplinary training in Chinese University's history and personnel to analyze the situation. Studying Beijing University and Wuhan University case ,cross-disciplinary training talents has some shortcoming on domestic universities . We get some suggestion from the mode . Comparaing study of sucessful cases , I make the United States Britain and other countries interdisciplinary university training as examples . Training talents of interdisciplinary will build from abroad interdisciplinary theories models methods , then I summarize the theory , referring the foreign successful experience, exploring some solution . I finally change in the concept of interdisciplinary training talents , then build organizational model and improve cross-discip3linary training talents management system . We should improve the evaluation and incentive system , sharing resource and strengthening the cooperation of teachers.
