On Strengthening Of Graduate Employment Guidance Service System

Since reform and opening up, China's graduate employment system had changed from the "united distribution, planned distribution" pattern to "supply and demand meet, two-way choice", and graduate had rights to choose their own jobs which gave a higher demand to graduate employment guidance service system. Following the severe employment situation of university students, supply and demand had more sharp conflicts which made the just established graduate employment guidance service system showed many problems.
