In the history of education research, the way that is from "moral education" study to the "moral learning" research is not only in line with the development of the theory itself, but also fully embodies the values of people oriented education, which is more closer to the essence of moral education. In recent years, the study of moral learning problems have attracted people's attention and concern. But generally analyzing the current ethics study, there are many theory studies while little exploring research of depth and at the field. Moral study of the primary and middle school students have reached some breakthrough, while there lacks the researching achievements toward university students'moral study and education strategy. Thereofore this paper tries to offer useful education strategy,aiming to improve the effiency of university students'moral study,from an educator's perspective,by analyzing the characteristics of moral study of university students. This paper mainly contains the following contents:Firstly, it analysises the current problems and reasons existing in our school moral education, and it puts forward explicitly the focus from training to learning .I t clarifies the theoretical and practical meanings of this topic,based on which I draw the outline of researching methodology and research ideas. Secondly, it organizes the relevant the basic concept of moral learning and the relevant research results domestically and abroad. It also analyses the differences and principles between moral learning and academic study as well as skills. The study reveals the essence of the ethical study ,and it clarifies the characteristics of moral study.Besides,it offers foundation to further research–the characteristics of university students'moral study and education strategy.Thirdly, it bases on the characteristic of university students'development,together with my six-year working experience of dealing with college students.I use a variety of educational research methods and I compared to the ethics and learning characteristics of middle school students,.Therefore this paper reveals the development of moral cognitive learning ,moral emotion learning and moral behavior learning and their distinctive features.The fourth is the criticism of the problems existing in moral content and forms of current schools ,combining the analyzing of the characteristics of college moral study.From the perspective of educators,I offer some beneficial education strategy of college students'moral study from two aspects,contently and formly.
