A Research On The Property Right Problem Of Independent College

Independent college is a new thing in China .It also is the special in China: joint the advanced educational resource and the personal capital. The developped speed of Independent college is very fast. The quantities increased very fast, from teens to the four hundred from the end of 90's to 2006. Independent college has become one of the major measures to develop the higher education in China. But historically, it's still a newly emerging thing. As a new star, Independent colleges have many questions waited for improving. Reviewing reformation process of higher education running system in our country, the article sums up main modality of existing independent college. Base on problems which independent college is facing and its property right reasons, the article is composed of three parts. The first part is about theory basis of multi- entity property right of independent college. The second part is about property right actuality of independent college and existing problems. In the third part, the author tries to find out solution of property right problem of independent college. To sum up, the article aims to investigate multi- entity property right of independent college, analyze latent property right reasons for existing problems of independent college during school running, and find out solution to remove those problems with a view of property right.
