It is proposed for study to make lively and efficient scene in new course reform. As efficiency is priority, we should think over how to predigest the step of classroom and optimize the maneuver of teaching. So that we can help students to extend scope and enhance level with chipper and optimistic mentality, to lighten burden and heighten efficiency. Promoted by this aim, we begin to explore how to teach with learning plan, which will be used to teach Chinese course in practice. This reform of teaching manner steps up the initiative of students. The traditional teaching course is remedied perfectly.In our traditional teaching course, the so-called teaching inefficiency was mainly displayed that teachers did nothing more than teach and students were short of consolidation and deepen. The contents of teaching weren't carried out one by one. Teaching with learning plan(TLP), which we are exploring to use, remedies the lack of traditional teaching, and there is a lot of function to amend our teaching course. TLP can improve the relations between teaching and leaning, teachers and students. It can also enhance efficiency and effect of Chinese course. It is favorable for teachers to enhance teaching skill and specialization level. TLP can ensure that new course reform can be popularized successfully.TLP is an effective teaching pattern; it is not only a theory, but also a strategy. We should comprehend meanings and unfold fashions of TLP when we explore its validity. We will apply this effective resource to teaching Chinese course if we can do so. And we will also make our class become more and more effectual and great-hearted. We should follow elementary principle and write learning plan basic on real instance to generalize TLP. At the same time, students should enhance ability of predominate self-culture, so we can take intercourse into realize.In a word, it is necessary for quality education to push the chinese course reform. As a fire-new educative theory and educative mode, the target of quality education is that all the students'diathesises will get tremendous development. However, it will be a long time that we put this concept into people's hearts, so that we must adopt some powerful reformational measure for it.But there is a new education conception in learning plan which we explored in practice. Learning plan is based upon developping students'individuality, emphasizes that student is the main body of educatuon, breaches traditionary educative pattern that teacher is the center of education. Teacher is the organizer, mentor and participant in educational course. The only work of teacher is to coach studentds when it is necessary and don't undertake the whole thing. Therefore, learning plan exploits capacious space for students to bring students'independence into play.
