Exploration Of Self-education Of University Students Under The Perspective Of Career Education

With the grimness of the employment situation advancing increasingly,the employment problem of the university students has already become a problem the whole society care about. The competition in employment market is more and more drastic,and the university graduate students all face huge employment pressure. They need university and college to provide employment instruction and career planning instruction urgently. The idea of career education rises in the United States in 20 centuries,spreading extensively all over the world. But career education still belongs to a new concept in our country, and only get some concern in nearer year,and the concerning study increase gradually. In order to help the university students know themselves more objectively and carry on their life development programming, it is necessary to carry on career education urgently.Career education is a continuous process, and it goes through one's whole life. The goal of career education is to enhance his ability of self-programming and self-development, strengthen sense of self-education and capability, attain the exaltation of the quality and life state of the individual life. Career education is necessary to everybody; and it takes the person's overall development as an aim to return. There are some difficulties for the university student to be employed, consequently, career education seem to be particularly important under the situation.The university students need to make preparations for the employment, at the same time they need to make good programming and preparations for farsighted development of the whole life. Similar to the development regulation of things,"outside factor is the condition of development while inside one is the reason of development", these life programming and preparation can only be completed by themselves, and depend on their self-education. University and college and society can create exterior condition and beneficial environment for the development of the university students, but whether they can obtain development or not is still decided by themselves. Therefore,in order to resolve various problems including employment problem and make a life programming reasonably, the university students must pay great attention to self-education and adopt valid measures to strengthen and improve their self-education.This article includes four parts:The first part is an introduction,chiefly expatiate the genesis, purpose, meaning and methods of the study. From the requirements of times and the practical of social development, as well as the deficiencies of colleges and universities in career guidance, illustrate the necessity and importance of long-term life planning and self-education of the undergraduate.The second part start from the concept of career and career education, introduce the whole process of the development of the idea of career education comprehensively. Firstly introduce the concept and features of career, and summarize its deciding factors. Secondly define career education and hackle the whole process of the idea of career education from germination to maturity systematically.The third part explain the core concept such as self, self-education and self-education of undergraduates, and analyze the characteristics of self-education of university students. Then start from theoretical perspective of various disciplines such as philosophy, psychology, anthropology and education, illustrate the theoretical basis of self-education of undergraduates systematically .The fourth part construct the framework of self-education of university students under visual field of career education, elaborate the goal process and principles of self-education of undergraduates, and put forward the ways and means of self-education of university students under visual field of career education, and provide reference for college students in carrying on life planning and self-education.It is a brand-new attempt to survey self-education of university students from the perspective of career education. Career education is similar to self-education and life-long education, and they are on the same level. There are inherent similarities between idea of career education and self-education of university students, and the article combine them together organically, and scan self-education of college students from the perspective of career education, try to provide theoretical guidance for college students to carry on life planning and self-education practice.
