Assessment to teachers' teaching quality by students is the primary means for university and teaching management department to monitor the quality of teaching. And network assessment is a means which plays the same role on controlling the teaching quality with the other forms of assessment. The quality of teaching in colleges and universities is the legislature of the school, the lifeblood of the school's survival and development, and the core of the teaching quality of university.XX University is a comprehensive university which is formed with the merger of XX Normal and the XX Agriculture University in 2005. Its categories of subjects are rich, the number of students is huge, the constitution of teachers is complex, the teaching units are chaotic and the standards of teaching vary differently, so the quality of teaching is easy to be affected. In the result of this, the study of students' network assessment, the purpose of which is to evaluate the quality of classroom teaching, is needed in order to promote the reformation of school education, to promote the level of the teaching, to promote the building of the style of the study, to raise the level of management and finally to improve Education quality.The main problems on students' network assessment are various. For example, students' standards to evaluate teacher is different, the content of the evaluation is not reasonable enough, the indicator system is not perfect enough, the way of the evaluation is monotonous which lacks the formative evaluation, and the data processing of the results of assessment is not scientific enough. These issues are affected by the factors of students, teachers, teacher-student relations, curriculum and class size, organization and management of the assessment, the content of assessment and standards, which makes the network quality not high.In view of the existence of the problems, first of all, it should adhere to a scientific, developing, incentive and operable principle in the process of the assessment. Secondly, it is needed to design a scientific network table and the scientific content to ensure a reasonable evaluation index system. The third is to enhance the organization and management on the process of the students' network assessment. And the fourth is to deal with the data of the assessment scientifically and to use of the results effectively. Compared to the traditional on the data processing method, the data processing with the theory to a very poor commentary is more practical, which has a strong significance on the network assessment work.
