The Countermeasure And Research On Employment Guidance For Children’s Normal College Graduates

The kindergarten teachers are a special employment group. The social work needs themhaving the good skills: speech, singing, playing and dancing, and having the knowledge of thepsychology and education theory. According the, the graduates career work is not the same tothe other professional works.This paper makes use of the domestic and foreign theory and the research for theemployment guidance, absorbed the advanced thoughts and methods of the employmentguidance, which provided the sufficient theoretical support for this study. The author takes avariety of ways，conducted a survey of490graduates of2009，from Weifang Early ChildhoodEducation and Special Education School, and conducted interviews with the part of students,parents and kindergarten teachers. The author also conducted a survey interview withemployment guidance teachers from Jinan Infant Normal School, Weihai Art School andQingdao Infant Normal School. Through discussing the content and the importantsignificance of the infant education students employment guidance，the author investigatedand studied the infant education employment guidance of the present situation, and did theanalysis of the existing problems in of the pre-school professional students employmentguidance. According to the theory of the employment guidance and the results of this survey，combining the years of employment guidance working experience, the results showed:1.the schools launched a multifaceted work in career guidance agencies, personnel andemployment guidance, and achieved some results. But there were the more serious problems，as follows: school doesn’t pay enough attention on it, the professionalism of the careerguidance staff was not strong, the concept of student employment and the overall quality wasnot strong; the whole of the measures were not sufficiently full employment guide.2.the many kinds of effective way in employment guidance should be used，and schoolshould adopt strong measures in employment guidance. These good measures included:strengthen employment guidance, change students the concept of employment; establish theeducational philosophy of "quality of survival"; implement of the Teaching of career guidance;enhance the schools reputation, solid the job market; cultivate the high-quality students byschool-enterprise cooperation.In summary, by the case analysis, the work should focus on perfecting fine professionalobtain employment guidance pattern and countermeasures study，establishing the scientific，systematic and standard and efficient graduate employment guidance system， to improve thefine employment guidance work mechanism. It not only has the theory significance ofemployment guidance，but also provide the practical guidance for the employment ofgraduates in the fine.
