A Study On The Present Quality Situation Of Child-care Workers In Chongqing And Its Countermeasures Analysis

Child-care worker who carry out the daily child-care work is one of the most important type of work in kindergarten. The responsibilities of child-care worker are different from kindergarten teacher, but both of their purpose is promote the comprehensive development of kindergarten. However, it was confirmed from the previous research papers that the quality of kindergarten teachers were far more concerned than that of child-care workers. As another kind of pre-school child teacher, child-care workers also play an important role in the development of pre-school child and the quality of kindergartens. They need more regard, and this is why the research of this dissertation focused on them.Based on the analysis of research paper concern about the quality of child-care workers, teachers and kindergarten teachers, the quality situations of child-care workers, such as basic information, physical and psychological quality, professional morality, scientific civilization quality, child-care concept and child-care skills were studied by utilizing 146 child-care workers as questionnaire investigation target and 4 child-care workers as observation and interview target. Finally, the suggestions of how to stabilize child-care worker team, improve the recognition of child-care workers, develop professional child-care worker team, decrease working load of child-care worker, construct the communication platform between child-care workers and parents, encourage child-care worker to take part in kindergarten development, enhance the management of child-care workers were present.
